The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to explain the principles on which your personal data is processed and to discuss your basic rights related to the processing of your personal data by us.

Personal data administrator

The administrator of personal data is Back2UK Ltd, based in the UK, 1 Hazel Street LE99HF Desford, hereinafter referred to as the COMPANY.

Personal data collected by the Company are processed on the terms set out in the provisions on the protection of personal data, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and in on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (“RODO / GDPR”) and in the UK regulations “UK GDPR”.

The company keeps personal data confidential and protects them against unauthorized access by third parties on the terms set out in the above-mentioned legal acts.

Scope and purposes of personal data processing

As part of its activities, the Company collects and processes personal data – i.e. name and surname, e-mail address for the following purposes:

  • (a) for purposes arising from legitimate interests pursued by the Company as a data controller: – in order to provide services to Customers, as well as for analytical and statistical purposes and to ensure IT security related to the website: back2uk.co.uk (legal basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the UK GDPR);
  • (b) in order to perform contracts concluded by the Company with clients, in order to cooperate with suppliers and other entities cooperating with the Company (legal basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the UK GDPR);
  • (c) we also process personal data in the scope of fulfilling the legal obligations incumbent on the Company (legal basis of Article 6(1)(c) of the UK GDPR).

Your rights

The processing of your personal data is carried out on a voluntary basis, however, depending on the circumstances, a refusal to provide data or a request to remove them may prevent us from, for example, contacting you, providing you with information about the events and activities of the Company or performing the service.

In accordance with the principles set out in the legal provisions on the protection of personal data and to the extent provided for therein, you are entitled to:

  • the right to withdraw your consent
  • the right to access your personal data,
  • the right to rectify them,
  • deletion or limitation of processing and the right to transfer data the right to object
  • the right not to be subject to decisions based on automated processing.

Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint related to the processing of personal data by the Law Firm to The Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), which is the national authority responsible for the protection of personal data in the UK.

Processing period

Personal data will be processed, respectively, until the relevant legitimate interests pursued by the Company as a data controller related to the processing of specific data are fulfilled, until the expiration of the limitation periods related to the contract to which the processing of personal data is related, or related to the limitation of obligations arising from provisions of law – no longer than 6 years.

We process personal data collected for the purpose of concluding a contract, which as a result did not take place, as well as for other information purposes for a period of 30 days from the moment of entrusting us with this data by the subject of personal data.

Transfer of personal data to other entities

The recipients of your personal data may include, in particular, entities directly or indirectly related to the Company, in particular in an organizational or personal way, which would be based in one of the Member States of the European Union, as well as external service providers (e.g. entities providing IT services, including cloud computing services, and other entities processing data on behalf of the Company on the basis of a personal data processing agreement), accountants, statutory auditors and auditors, lawyers, administration bodies, state services and courts. Your personal data is processed at the Company’s headquarters. Personal data is not transferred to countries outside the European Union. In the event of transferring personal data to third countries outside the EU, the Company will use appropriate instruments to ensure the security of your personal data.

No profiling

Your personal data is not subject to profiling as one of the forms of automated processing of personal data.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

Any changes we make to the Privacy Policy in the future will be posted on back2uk.co.uk and will apply only for the future.
